Brief resilience scale (BRS)

The Brief Resilience Scale (BRS) is a 6-item self-report questionnaire designed by Bruce Smith and colleagues in 2008 to measure an individual's ability to bounce back or recover from stress, hardship, and adversity. Because of the brevity, high statistical reliability, and open-access status, it is widely utilized in clinical, athletic, and corporate performance evaluations.
