Goal commitment scale

Goal commitment scale by Hollenbeck, Williams, and Klein is a widely recognized self-report psychometric instrument used in organizational psychology, behavioral research, and goal-setting theory. Introduced in the late 1980s, the instrument was designed to provide a standardized way to measure an individual's psychological attachment to a specific goal and their determination to reach it.
